You may exchange or return any defective item purchased within 30 days of shipping. If an item is defective, please send us a photograph showing the poor quality print or damaged area of the item within 5 days of receiving the item. Items cannot be worn or washed. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in you care for a longer period. We reserve the right to require you to return the defective item. Before returning the item, please wait for instructions from T4 Fish Company after photo evaluation. Upon confirmation of the defect, we will provide you a replacement item or refund as chosen by you. If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace any such items at no additional cost. In any case, you may return the item within 30 days of shipping for a refund. All returns must be unused and in the original packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be provided 30 days after shipping. T4 Fish Company is not responsible for items damaged in shipping. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies our customers.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return/photo is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
